Our roasters choose a fresh lot, roast it in small batches and get it in the post within 24 hours. Roast date on the bag, not a vague "best before".

Whole bean or ground? Which grind do I pick?
Take it whole for maximum freshness, or let us grind it to match your kit — espresso, filter, moka, Aeropress, French press or drip bag. We grind to order, so tell us what you're brewing with and we'll dial it in.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Subscriptions ship free across the EU. We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and the rest of the EU — delivery usually lands within 1–3 working days of roasting. Outside the EU? Drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.
How do I pause or cancel?
One click in your account, no retention maze and no awkward phone call. Pause for as long as you need or cancel for good — you keep access to your delivery history and you're welcome back any time.
